Ho preparato una prova di lettera sugli argomenti che dobbiamo mettere potreste vedere se è corretta...e se ci sono degli errori dirmeli grazie...(segue la lettera):

London, 29th November 2009
Dear Tom,
How are you? I'm not very well because I am tired to go to school. How's life at school and what the weather like in your town.
I am writing this letter to invite you to spend your Christmas holidays here with my family and me. I was very happy to know in your latest letter that your family let you choose to go to your friends' house for Christmas so I think that coming ti Italy will be an important adventure for you! You can visit a lot of important monuments in my town and Daddy has promised that if you come here, he will take us to visit Rome! Is it cool? I hope that you accept my invitation.
Let's talk about the intentions for the next year, the next year I have intentioned to go to scientific high school or in a technical institute and I have decided to go in the class of my classmate, but I don't know what to choose because in Italy the next year there could be a reform on the school we call it Gelmini's Reform, in the next letter speak to me of your intentions.
Now I talking about my life at school, in this year however there have been the same other changes, in this year I have changed a lot of teachers and also the schools times. We start school at 7.55 am and we finish, at 13.40 pm on Tuesday and on Thursday while the other days we start at 7.55 am and finish at 12.55 pm.
What would your wishes ? I'd like to be promote, I want to do a football tournament with my class and win it and I want to spend a marry Christmas and a happy new year.
I'm looking forward a letter from you.

Ciao devo dire che è un inglese accettabile rispetto alle storpiature che si leggono in giro, tuttavia ci sono degli errori a volte di grammatica altre volte di forma...............proviamo a vederli insieme:



quando usi l'espressione "essere stanco di" devi tradurla con "to be tired of -ing" cioè non devi usare il verbo all'infinito ma of + la forma progressiva del verbo "-ing"........................quindi devi correggere "I'm tired to go to school" con "I'm tired of going to school"



"what the weather is like in your town?" è la forma corretta tu avevi dimenticato "is" ed il punto interrogativo finale



"coming to Italy" invece di "coming ti Italy" ma penso si sia trattato di un errore di battitura



"Isn't cool?" la preferirei a "Is it cool?" la differenza suona un pò così: nel caso che ti suggerisco io "non è figo? invece come l'hai scritto tu: "è figo?"



riguardo alla frase "Let's talk about the intentions..........." potresti renderla più elegante in questo modo: "Now, talking about the projects for the year to come, I would like to go to scientific high school or to a technical institute so as to join the class of my schoolmate. Anyway, because of an education reform, we call it Gelmini's reform, that could be applied to secondary school starting from next year, many things could suddenly change making my decision harder. I would appreciate very much if you could send me a letter where you talk about your plans for the future."



"Now I talking" non è corretto grammaticalmente, ti consiglio di impostare la frase come segue:



"Talking about my life at school this year there have been many novelties going on, for I've changed a lot of teachers and the school time table as well"



"what are your wishes? I'd like to pass the school, do a football tournament with my class and win it. I would also like to spend a Merry Christmas and a happy new year. I'm looking forward to a letter from you".
